Dr. Ariana Antonio, PT, DPT, SCS
Physical Therapist · Sports Performance Specialist
Dr. Ariana is a board-certified sports specialist who works with high-level athletes of every age - basketball players, track and field athletes, endurance runners, volleyball players, swimmers, and football players among them. Her sweet spot is the demanding middle and final stages of recovery, where the goal isn't just healing but returning to competition with confidence.
She specializes in guiding athletes through return to run, return to jump, and return to sport, as well as the late-stage rehab that follows significant injuries and surgeries - ACL reconstructions, meniscus repairs, SLAP lesions, and labral tears among them. Her aim is for clients to do more than recover: she wants them to move and still feel like an athlete, even after a serious injury.

Her approach blends strength and conditioning principles, return-to-sport rehab, and detailed movement analysis. She's especially skilled at spotting movement compensations and load-management issues before they become setbacks, and at building the right progressions to bring an athlete back safely. Clients commonly come to her for patellar tendinopathy, patellofemoral pain, quad and hamstring strains, ankle sprains, lumbar strains, spondylolysis, rotator cuff and SLAP injuries, and sports-related concussion management, and leave with progressive loading toward independence, better body awareness and motor control, and the confidence to return without fear of reinjury.
Outside the clinic, Ariana is playing basketball, running, strength training, reading fantasy and romantasy, crocheting, or hanging out with her family and two cats.
"I help people move better with confidence and feel like athletes again."
