3R UNIVERSITY
Progressive Motion's 3R University (3RU) is an invaluable six-week mentorship program crafted for PM team members. Within the realm of the wellness industry, practitioners are confronted with disconnected philosophies when engaging with clients, leading to communication barriers. However, within our team at PM, this mentorship initiative serves as a unifying force. By providing our team members with a shared mentorship experience, we foster collaborative communication and understanding.
This unique opportunity allows the practitioners from diverse backgrounds within our team to converge, facilitating the exchange of methodologies across various disciplines. 3RU is one of the exclusive benefits of being a part of the Progressive Motion family, enabling our team to synchronize their approaches, fostering seamless collaboration and collective advancement within our practice.

"Mentorship has been a transformative experience. I have expanded my knowledge of treatment frameworks, acquired new manual therapy skills, and refined many of the 'basics.' What has been most surprising, however, is the collection of insights and ideas we have come up with as a team. By leveraging our collective thinking, we have developed new solutions for clients that go well beyond what we could have come up with individually. The mentorship experience has brought our team closer together and elevated all of us to a new level."
