Do you take insurance?
We’re an out-of-network provider so we can give you the best care possible, without insurance limitations. We’ll provide a superbill if you want to submit for reimbursement.

Our online booking system requires you to request an appointment. Requested appointments are confirmed within 12-24 hours. Bookings must optimize the therapists' schedules. We reserve the right to adjust your start time to accommodate this (usually up or down 30 mins to an hour; of course we'll let you know if we have to do this).

If booking online and the possibility of a moved appointment does not work for you, we recommend calling or texting the front desk directly to schedule.

Appointments must be booked under the name who will be receiving the service.

We require a credit card to be on file and will ask for this information when booking your first appointment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and HSA cards.

Cancellations occurring less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service(s). "No Shows" will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service(s).

If you are late for your session, we will do our best to accommodate you for the time you have left without penalizing the following guest. Guests who are over 20 minutes late will be asked to reschedule their appointment and will be charged a cancellation fee.
