Jackie Jones

Jackie keeps the entire operation running behind the scenes. As Head of Operations, she translates Progressive Motion's high-level vision into day-to-day execution, building scalable systems and keeping the inevitable chaos organized so the clinical and coaching teams can stay focused on clients.

She's at her best in the space between ambition and execution, bridging the gap between "what we want to do" and "how we actually do it." For a practice built on structure and removing guesswork, that operational backbone is what makes the client experience feel effortless.
Outside work, Jackie is spending time with family and getting out to concerts and sporting events.
